Serving the entire Monterey Bay. Hi! I am Sandi McGinnis Garcia, truly a local person! I was ecstatic to join the David Lyng team of top notch professionals in 2006 and bring local history to the company. Coming from a family of farmers, I inherited a can do mentality that makes problem solving a breeze. My family shares a strong work ethic resulting from working as a team in the family business. I respect and honor the traditions and values of the community and feel a special connection to the land and people on the Monterey Bay. I am committed to continued growth and using the technologies as they become available to benefit my clients in all capacities.

 

Working as a full time, full service Realtor I feel I have a pulse on the local market.  In order to market a home, you need a commitment like no other, to be sure all the time, effort and energy is going to be well served to getting you the highest possible price.  Once in contract you need someone that is going to handle the transactional details and make sure the job gets done in a timely manner.

Understanding that all transactions are different, I keep my clients informed as to what to expect beforehand, and try to eliminate any surprises.  I want my clients to feel they are being heard and taken care of.
